Joe M. Kboudi Real Estate, Inc. manages a portfolio of approximately 550,000 square feet of retail, commercial, and office properties in the San Antonio and surrounding markets. The San Antonio Business Journal has consistently ranked us in the top 10 largest retail property management firms in San Antonio every year since 2006.
The Company was formed in 1991 by Joe M. Kboudi, who earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Finance in 1979 from the University of Texas at Austin. He holds a Texas Real Estate Broker’s license and is a current member of the San Antonio Board of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, 2012 CoStar Power Broker, and a 13 Year Plus member of the International Council of Shopping Centers “ICSC”.
Our staff is personally involved in the day to day management operations. We are a hands-on operation dedicated to quality supervision. Accounting reports are accurately produced for our clients on a monthly basis. We are a fully licensed Yardi software user since 1991.
